Upgrading PC

I have a Dell 4100 with a Rage 128 Pro and a 200 W power supply. I want to upgrade the video card so I can play some of the new games on the internet. I was looking at this card.

My questions are: Do I need a new power supply to run this card and is this the best card for my system. I am on a budget and don't want to spend a lot of money updating this older computer. Thanks.

Beware of Dell power supplies. The motherboard 20 or 24-pin connector is proprietary (read: pin orders are different from normal) on a lot of their systems and can't easily be replaced with another PSU.

Google to see if your system's PSU has such a proprietary connector.
