Upgrading notebook gpu

About to buy an HP as they're the only AMD notebook maker I can find besides ACER. It will be comming with a Radeon XPRESS 200M. I've built desktops but have never opened a notebook and I'm wondering if it will be possible to drop in a better video card.
 
A good ( but not absolute ) indication of whether the GPU can be upgraded is if, when you order your laptop, there are several GPU options to choose from. You'll also pay a premium for the ability for possible future GPU upgrades too. I am guessing AlienWare or Sager sell high-end laptops that can be upgraded.
