run it with the cover removed from the case... if the problem persists, cooling the case will not help it.
you have to find out where your instability comes from before you are going to have any luck fixing it.
sounds like you need to try stock speeds in another test to help isolate the problem.
do you know if your overclock is accomplished with the multiplier or the FSB?
to reiterate, find the problem then your "upgrade" path will be more clear
