I want to upgrade my computer.
anyone pls tell me - CAN I FIX A PC3200 OR PC2700 CARD WITH MY EXISTING PC2100 CARD. (BOTH AT THE SAME TIME)

I HAD PC2700 CARD BEFORE PC2100 AND IT WORKED REALLY WELL.
 
Sometimes different specs and speeds of RAMs can work together, and just operate at the slowest speed, so i.e. you mix a PC3200 and PC2700 together, they both'll work at PC2700.

Using a higher speed memory than that required by your mobo only make sense if you're looking to overclock, in which case you'll get a more reliable results using either a single stick, or identical sticks of RAMs.
 
I'll try to interpret your post.

So you have a stick of PC2700 RAM, it's apparently bad, and you want to replace it with a stick of PC2100. First, you need to know your processor and the front side bus (FSB) speed that you are running.

PC2100 runs at 133Mhz FSB, PC2700 at 166Mhz, and PC3200 at 200Mhz. Both PC2700 and PC3200 are backwards compatible with PC2100, but PC2100 won't work if you need the higher FSB speeds that requires PC2700 or PC3200 RAM.
