Upgrading My Gaming Computer

So I?ll be getting my taxes back in about a week and I?m looking to get a new motherboard, CPU, Ram, and possibly a PSU.

Right now I have the following picked out:
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819103751
MoBo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131022
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820141211

I?ll be keeping my GeForce 7950 GT, X-Fi sound card, hard drive, and DVD drive from my older computer. I?m also thinking of keeping my 430W power supply too. Would that be enuff for a computer like this? And for what it?s worth, I won?t be doing much if any over clocking.
