definately 939 3200+ as far as chipset, I believe I've heard the nf is the better of the 2. As for ram, read Zebo's sticky before you buy any!

honestly, I would go for an nF4 mobo and and pcie vid card (maybe 6600gt). But an nF4 board would probably put you over on your budget.
