Upgrading Laptop Processor

How do i know what processor will work in this machine? Any advice would be much appreciated. I already upgraded the RAM to full capacity but just want a little more performance when i'm browsing, burning a cd, and listening to music. I'd like to get as much as i can but know little about the socket sizes and whatnot.. thanks in advance...

it has the Celeron M 370 @1.5GHZ
