Upgrading laptop CPU & RAM. Worth it?

Okay, say that I've got an older laptop, a P133, and I want to let it upgrade to a P300-400 and the memory from 32 MB to 64-96 MB RAM. Would this be worth it, or could I better buy a new(er) laptop?

doubt that you'll be able to upgrade the cpu as it's probably soldered in. your best bet is to get as much memory as you can for improved performance!🙂
whether it's worth it is a question only you can answer.

most likely the RAM is EDO SODIMM, which the price is sky high right now.. talking about $100+ for 64MB.. and since It's a P133, if you MB supports, you might be able to upgrade to a Pentium 200 classic, or if you can find a Winchip, you can probably get a 240 out of it.

I'd say it's not worth it.
