Upgrading iPAQ H3650

You don?t need to do anything; you get a CD from Compaq that includes the new ROM.

Upgrading an iPaq is not like upgrading Desktop Win.

Win CE, PPC2000 are in ROM. The upgrade involves flashing new ROM to the iPaq.

BTW: Backup what ever you need, the upgrade erases almost every thing.
 
someone mentioned a hardware upgrade for the ipaq 32mb (a 3635 for me) taking it to 64mb. anyone know what this is or where to find it? more info?
