upgrading from pent3 to a pent4

I have a dell gx 150 intel pent 3 1.0processor socket 370. with a intel 800 series chipset.
Can I upgrade to a pent 4. And if so which one?

Nope...The 2 styles of P4's were sckt 423 or sckt 478...

What type of ram do you run Sdram pc133...It is going to be hard to upgrade from that point..
 
Im running pc 133. can I upgrade that? what i mean is im runing 2 sticks of 128 i think.. can i atleast go to 2 sticks of 256?
 
It's going to be too expensive to make sense, you're better off putting the money into a new system.
