upgrading computer

current computer - p3 800, 256 mb ram, 30gb hd (cant find the make/rpm), nvidia 64mb geforce2 gts (i bought this system from Dell)
looking to upgrade - abit kg-7 mobo, amd athlon xp 1800, 512 ddr ram

mwave.com does this thing where they'll assemble a mobo, processor, and ram and test it all for $9 extra...sounds like a deal to me. so basically i'm gonna take out my current mobo/processor/ram and put in this new mobo/processor/ram. what i'm wondering is any complications that might arise in this upgrade and how hard it would be to do this/how easy to mess up. i'm an amateur (i've only installed ram and a video card before). also, i plan on formatting my hard-drive before i upgrade.

thanks in advance

the upgrade is really just screwing everything in and sliding cards into their proper slots. its not real difficult at all
