Upgrading computer, need a good (new or used) 1366 motherboard...HELP!!!!

I recently acquired an Intel i7 920 for a good price (otherwise I wouldn't build a new system around an expired socket), and now I need a motherboard for it.

My question is what's a good "new" (I understand they don't make 1366 motherboards anymore, but some places still have stock) motherboard or what was a good one I could pick up used from eBay or something similar? I've got the rest of the system, just need the motherboard (and RAM, but I can figured that one out).

I plan on overclocking the processor to at least 3.2ghz so something that overclocks well is what I'm looking for. Otherwise, the rest can be worked around; I've got 6 SATA drives so if there's a board that only happens to have 4 SATA ports, I could build a server out of my old C2Q rig and I'd be happy. Please and thanks for any help!

New MSI and Asus X-58 boards to the bottom of the page. Prices are higher since I got one of the Sabertooths in December. May be cheaper to go with current components. Especially if you live near a Microcenter with their 3570k special.

using a ga-ex58-ud5 myself, overclocks well and has a tonn of sata ports. not sure where you would find one but theyre pretty awesome in my opinion

Actually after a ton of looking around and research, I've narrowed it down to this board:

Good overclocking, good options (minus SATA3 and USB3), and the price is about as high as I want to go. Only 3 RAM slots, though; oh well, I've been living on 4gb for a year now, I can deal with 6gb of triple channel.

looks like a good board, only thing i dont rly like about it is only 1333 memory. how much of a performance dif is there between 1333 vs 1600? esp if youre going to oc?

It's listed as going up to DDR3 1800+ through oc'ing, I think I saw somewhere else it'd go to 2000mhz.

That's why I'm seeing, I'm just trying to keep my eyes peeled for that one good deal, and I've missed two in the last week. One I had a time and place set up with the guy to meet and exchange money and a day after we made the deal he sent me a message saying he sold it to someone else, and just this morning I found a board/CPU/RAM combo for $150 shipped. I sent him a PM and he said I've got other interest but the first with the money paypaled to him gets it. I asked for his heat (which was perfect, btw) and immediately after he sent it he sent another message saying someone else got him the money. Should have trusted and sent the money, I could have had it, DOH!!
