As of right now my specs are as follow.

Intel Pentium 4 651 3.40GHz 800MHz 2MB
A-Power Pure Black 580w PS
FoxConn 865PE7MC-S
2gb Cruical DDR PC-3200 DDR 400mhz Dual-Channel

And I wanna know of a semi-cheap ($100) AGP video card to match or beat my ATI 9800 Pro 128mb.

PS. Was looking at a Leadtek GeForce 7300GT 256MB for $89+s/h is that a good deal?
 
For under $100 you can find a 7600gs, which is faster than a 7300gt. For a little over $100, however, you can get a 7600gt and that card is more than 2x as powerful than a 9800pro.
