i thought you already had the video card? its not worth upgrading a 6800gt now... i would just stick with agp if i were you.

I just built two rigs with the following items in them after tons of research.

Motherboard: MSI K8n Neo2 Plat
Processor: AMD 3500+ Winchester
Memory: 1GB Corsair TwinX10243200XLPro
Power Supply: Antec 480 NEO
CPU Fan: Thermatake Venus 12 with controller
Video Card: eVga 6800 Ultra

Also there is no such thing as "Corsair XMS Low latency 2-2-2-5 PC 4200" they only come in pc3200 which is what you wanna get because no motherboards support 4200... you have to overclock to use those speeds which you said your not going to be doing.

If you do infact want to get pci-e tell me and I will change some things on the list... hope this helps...

One last thing... for all pricing use www.pricegrabber.com It nearly always find the best prices anywhere, and dont be worried about merchants I have never ever been screwed because i went for the lowest price through a no name merchant like xpc or compuplus or something.

Good luck...
