I am thinking about upgrading my AMD to sytem to something faster without spending a lot of money.
I currently have an AMD 2000xp, Shuttle KT333 motherboard, and 1GB of crucial pc2100 ram.
I have heard a lot about the 2500 barton and nforce 2 being overclocked to 3200+ speeds.
My question is this : Does anyone have any solid recommendations for a motherboard and memory that will let me overclock the 2500 barton to 3200 speeds and still maintain stability? I want to get the most speed (while still staying stable) at the lowest cost. I have no idea which motherboard or which memory to get. Are there any proven combinations?
Any ideas or suggestions?
