Upgraded!

So I ended up dumping my 4870 for a GTX 460, and did a complete platform upgrade as well...

Went from:
Q6600 @ 3.2
DFI P35 DK
4GB DDR2 800
MSI 4870 1GB

To:
i5-750 @ 4.0
Gigabyte P55A-UD3
4GB DDR3 1600
Gigabyte GTX460 1GB

Thus far...huge improvement in responsiveness as far as the OS goes. This 750 was the easiest OC I've ever done. Prime stable @ 1.264v.

GPU I've gotten to 875/1750/2200 @ 1.087v. Mid 19k Vantage scores. Load temps are about mid-60's. And this thing is SILENT. Trying for more coreclock results in artifacts. It needs more voltage, but it seems that I'm locked @ 1.087? (suggestions for getting around this would be appreciated. I'm sure the card has more in it).

So, I'd like to hook my machine up to my Samsung LN32B360 HDTV set to display 720p mkv's. Have a 50ft HDMI 1.3 cable on order from monoprice. Anything I have to do in the driver for this to go smoothly?

Bottom line, very satisfied with this upgrade. The GTX460 is impressive for the price.
