Upgraded power supply for an optiplex 745

title says it all. I have a dell optiplex 745 SFF (the model between the mini tower and the USFF) and was wondering what kind of PSU I can upgrade this thing to. It is currently running a 280 watt PSU. I am wondering If I could bump it up to something big enough to support a radeon 5750.

any Ideas?
