Upgraded CPU not compatible or dead?

I upgraded my Dell Inspiron e1505's CPU from an Intel Core Duo T2250 to an Intel Core 2 Duo T7200. Prior to purchasing a used T7200 on eBay, I searched to make sure it was compatible and through various forums it sounded like the T7200 was. The T7200 I have is the Socket M version. After installing the CPU, the computer would power on, but it would not post. No bios. There is nothing wrong with motherboard or any other components because the T2250 still works. Did I receive a dead CPU?

Nevermind... I rechecked to make I didn't miss anything and I noticed the video card was not connected. It works.
