Upgradeable $600 Gaming PC

I want to build a new gaming pc for $600 that can be easily upgradeable to be a killer gaming pc. I will be playing at 1080p. I was maybe thinking of starting off with a haswell i3 and then upgrading to an i5 later on. I also currently have only one monitor but i want to get another one and have it as a secondary screen.

1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

It will mostly be used for gaming but will do a little photoshop and sony vegas

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

My budget is $600

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

The USA

4. IF you're buying parts OUTSIDE the US, please post a link to the vendor you'll be buying from. We can't be expected to scour the internet on your behalf, chasing down dealsin your specific country... Again, help us, help YOU.

5. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc.

I prefer intel for cpu but gpu doesnt matter

6. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

8. What resolution, not monitor size, will you be using?

I have 2 1080p i only play on 1 the other is a secondary

9. WHEN do you plan to build it? Note that it is usually not cost or time effective to choose your build more than a month before you actually plan to be using it.

I plan to build in 2-3 weeks

X. Do you need to purchase any software to go with the system, such as Windows or Blu Ray playback software?

Can you edit your post and copy-paste the questions from the sticky on top of this forum and post answers to them?

I just decided that I won't get a PS4 So that will give another $400 to the build. So I can spend $1000. Please give me some suggestion and please remember I prefer a small form factor

I like that build but I could also go micro atx and I want to be able to overclock

I forgot to say but I prefer a small form factor PC. So can you guys try to implement this. Thank you

This is why the sticky questions exist! You are supposed to answer them, all of them.

Anyway, take the build from here, swap the mobo to the GA-Z87M-D3H, swap the case to the Cooler Master N200, and pick up one of the recommended coolers.
