Would an upgrade from Asus K7M & K7 550 to A7V & Duron 700/750 be good??

I'd say its only worth it if you're going to overclock to 900.

Otherwise, you gain 10-20% performance and it costs you $250

Better off upgrading to a GeForce2 GTS for that money.
