Hey guys, what should I upgrade for $100 or less? Here are my specs!

the easy solution:

according to this your video card is very limiting.
maybe a new video card?


the more-work-but-worth-it solution:

every week fry's has cpu/motherboard deals. i picked up a xp1800 and k7s5a mobo for $89.
you should be able to use your ram on that motherboard.

this will give an overall upgrade, but as the link shows, you're video card limited
