Upgrade Windows XP to windows MCE 2003?

If I have a valid copy of windows XP Pro is there any way I can upgrade it to windows media center edition 2005. I keep hearing about the msdn version, if my dad has a subscription to the MSDN how do I go about getting that?

Go to the MSDN download site and use your Dads login to download and burn it. Of course with Dad's permission.

Remember to get both cd's from msdn, it has five options for the first cd and then five for the second, you'll want the 1st and 6th downloads, 1st is MCE2k5 English disc 1 and the 6th should be MCE2k5 English disc 2. Atleast, thats what I remember the last time I downloaded it.
