upgrade to tbird?

I currently have:
700e@805 (115FSB)
128 meg pc100 ecc
BE6
SB Live value
evil kyro 64meg
SMC nic

should i upgrade to a tbird 700@900 now and get a "insert good/cheap mobo"? later on or should I get some ram/santa cruz?
how big of an improvement will i see if i switch to a tbird?

The higher we go in MHz the more of a jump we need to make to see a difference. I would personally hold off until you need it for gaming or something. I can't notice a difference going from 850MHz to 1GHz on my athlon, but I have a V5 card.
