Hello

I need advice on my next upgrade path.
Currently I have Celeron 500 overclocked to 700 ? (could not go an higher and being stable) on BX mb, 256 Mb RAM, g-force mx.
This is what I can afford: Athlon XP 1700, 256 ram, MSI KT3, g-force Ti 4200.
I?m planning on doing this in two steps within a few months due to financial constrains:
cpu upgrade and video upgrade separately

What should I get first ? cpu or video.
I understand that there is a trident card on the horizon and although I would not buy it I?m hoping that the price of video would go down. On the other hand getting a new cpu would give me no performance increase due to my old mx video.

I could wait few months but this thing is eating me alive and I don?t know I can live without buying something this month.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,

I'd go with video card personally. You'll notice the biggest immediate gaming difference.
