Upgrade route

Hi... need some advice on what to do with my current setup and if upgrading now is a good time. I have built my own machines since the celeron 366 days but have really gotten out of the loop for what is happening.
I have a semperon 3100+ on an epox mobo
1536MB of pc3200 DDR sdram memory.
The chipset on the mobo is the nVIDIA nForce2 Ultra 400gb
It has sata and pata hard drive connections..
I use a radeon 9550 video card

Should I keep this or use some of the parts for a partial upgrade or just go all new at this point? I don't want to dump a boatload of money just yet but if there is a quality way to go that is fairly economical.... Thanks..

I use an asrock dual sata II motherboard ($68 at extreme pcgear) with socket 939 3200. It will use either agp or pci-e video, and has 4 ddr slots. These boards are hard to find, so if you want one, better order it now. I got 2 as newegg open box boards for $36 shipped, but they sell out in minutes. Newegg still has the 3400 bare cpu for only $40, or the opteron 165 dual core with heatsink for $100 shipped. These won't last too long. When they're gone, you'll have to get them used on ebay for about the same price.

If you have a socket a sempron, then it will be worth it. Your old memory and video card will work on the asrock board. If you have a 754 sempron, then you might try overclocking first. I'm running my 3200 at 2500, a 25% overclock.

This is a micro atx?
