Upgrade questions and dilemas..

Im chomping at the bit to upgrade my MSI 790 FX mobo and 4 gigs of ddr2 ram with a Am3 board that supports ddr3. Should i wait on the new AM3+ boards? Will my phenom 2x4 945 even fit on the AM3+?
You thoughts pros and cons?

I would wait for bulldozer in April and see how many current boards will support it. You have a pretty good setup now. If you want to upgrade, list your old stuff first; after it's sold, wait for the new stuff to arrive before you ship it out to the new owner unless you have a spare pc. You can probably go ahead and buy the ddr3 now while prices are still low. I got my 1333 2x2gb kit for $30 recently used.

I certainly would. DDR3 by itself isn't that much of an upgrade.
