How high do I need to go, or would I be okay with what I have if I just added more fans?

here's my set up
350W Antec PSU in a lanboy case
AOPEN AK89-MAX
AMD 64 3000+
1 Gig Crucial PC3200 DDRAM
Sapphire RADEON 9800PRO 128M 8X
NEC 8x DVD Burner
120 Gig Western Digital HD
ATI TV Wonder

right now for fans I just have the two on the power supply, one in the front and another in the back..I had a PCI slot fan but it got clogged with dust and now whirs too loud so I disconnected it.. I bought a 120 gig Maxtor HD for like $50 (rebate) back in december but haven't installed it yet..I was afraid that my system would get too hot and might not have enough power as well..

I asked this question on another site a few months back and someone suggested I go through every manual I have and check how much wattage each piece consumes.. well that is extremely time consuming and impossible since I know I do not have all the manuals..I have my MOBO manual, that's about it.. I actually asked the people at Best Buy (which is useless) and they said Yes, but never told me how high to go..

my guess was jumping from a 350W to a 450W (what about 420W??), but if it added too much heat I would have to get another case anyways, so I might as well go for a case/psu combo..

so how high should I go if I even need to upgrade.. I am on a budget and I don't care how cool the case looks(not too much at least) or how sturdy it is, (I don't move it too often), but mostly that I have enough power and my system stays cool.. I have a bestbuy credit card and they have this
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp...ctCategoryId=cat01069&id=1091099784169

which has a 500W psu, 2 front fans and one rear.. but Dynex seems like a cheap brand (even though best buy has jacked up prices..or would I be better off going with something like this

The PSU you have should be enough, considering the non-OC and the graphics card...

However, if you still consider an upgrade stay close to 500+W (quality PSU of course) to be future-proof ;)

Edit: What's your budget in figures? Holy cow...just saw my PSU is $111 @ Newegg Enermax 485 Noisetaker not too cheap... but it's definitely worth it :D
