Upgrade Path

I would like some advice on my video card upgrade path. Right now I'm running an old school ATI Radeon LE (32mb DDR) in my Athlon XP 1800+ system. Obviously my Radeon is the bottleneck so I want to upgrade ASAP. I'm trying to decide whether to just get a Geforce 4 Ti 4400 or so now, or to upgrade to a Geforce 3 Ti200 (and overclock it to 500 levels) and get the next generation card in a few months (either NV30 or R300). In either case I'm planning to upgrade now. Advice would be welcome, thanks.
 
Try the bulk ATI Radeon 8500 LE 64MEG at NewEgg for about $105.00 shipped. (Not Redeon 8500 white box) It should provide a sufficient upgrade for now and may allow you to wait until prices on teh new stuff start to drop before you feel the upgrade bug again.
