upgrade path?

i didnt know that latency mattered or what it was..

Now i am in need of 1 gig of dual channel ram. The question is that should i try to sell my old stick of that corsair ram and get a stick of

low latency ram such as this patriot

or this XL corsair

and another question is that if i should sell, which set of ram should i get?

anyway, go lowest latency, cheapest sticks.

pure gaming with cs source. i want something that can oc good too becuase once i get a xp-90 thats what ill be doing. im running a 3.2E intel with a i875 Asus mobo. but the thing is.. if the CAS 2 ram is just a bit more than the CAS 3 that i have now, should i try to sell my old one and get low latency ram all together?
