I had a e7200 bottleneck a GTX 560ti severely. In my case I couldn't tell there was any upgrade from my old 9800gtx+ at all.

The GTX 560ti is not as fast as the GTX 750ti. OP you will be severely bottlenecked. But since your old card is so weak you may notice a difference in certain games.

As i have said, he can sell the old hardware, add $100-$140 and get a new FM2+ platform with a Kaveri and 2400MHz memory and he will be able to play all those Games at 1080p.
He can also upgrade to a faster DX-12 GPU later on if he needs it.

Personally i find it unproductive to spend $100-140 worth of GPU to a system that cost less and it could not even utilize 100% of that GPU.

Got the card installed, used to run minimum detail, now running high. About the same fps as before 30-50. Runs smooth. Thanks for the advice.
