What do you use the PC for? If you need more than 3GB of RAM (and have a 64-bit OS), then that could be one upgrade. However, I would think you'd get the most bang for your buck by upgrading to a 5850 and selling the 4870 to recoup some of the costs.

I'm using 32-bit windows 7. I use the pc mainly for gaming. GTA4, CS:S, divinity II, COD6, Assassins Creed, Red Alert 3, etc. As for the 5850, I'm waiting till nVidia releases the upcoming GPU's to grab one. And also, about the ram, if I buy another 3 gigs of ram, wouldn't mixing new ram and old ones cause problems?

I'm also waiting for nvidia's new cards to come out.

Edit: With 32-bit Windows, there's no need to buy more RAM. Your computer wouldn't see more than 3.25 GB. If you put 64-bit Windows on there and could actually utilize more than 3GB of RAM, then it might be worth it to buy 3GB more of the same stuff.
