Upgrade laptop memory

Hey guys, i have the b130 laptop i got from dell. It uses ddr2 memory and i wanna upgrade it to 1 gb. DO i use just regular ddr2 dimm or do i need specific laptop memory? can i stick my computer's memory in there?

cuz i cant find the sodimm that they have for ddr, they dont have sodimm for ddr2.
