first of all, this is my rig:
AMD Athlon64 3500+
Gigabyte K8NS Ultra 939 (AGP)
2x512MB
Antec SX1040BII (includes an Antec SL400 PSU http://www.antec.com/specs/sl400_spe.html
about 3 months ago,my video card (MSI 6800GT) had died on me.
I'm about to get a refund for this card (it cost me quite a sum back when I've bought my rig ,NOV 04).

since the AGP interface is rapidly dissappearing,I thought that now's the time to upgrade.
here's what I have in mind:
ASUS A8N-E
7900GT OR 7950GT OR X1900XT 256MB OR X1950PRO 512MB
(here's a link for the Israeli store that got the new X1950PRO http://www.noacomp.co.il/Category.asp?q=1950
and due to the fact that my PSU is a bit weak,I wanted to get your opinion on whether I'll need to upgrade my PSU as well.what I had in mind is the Enermax Liberty 400W.

so to sum it up,here's my questions:
1.what card of all the four do you recommend? (according to the store that has the X1950PRO,the card will be available in about two weeks).
2.do you think it's a must for me to upgrade my PSU?

Rommel44,and dBTelos, thanx for the advice, but I've made my mind about the PSU.
I'm from Israel, and my choices are a bit limited, but I've made my mind about which PSU.
my question is,do you think I need to upgrade my current PSU?

ok,after cleaning my PC today,I've found out my Antec SL400 PSU is actually different from the specs on the Antec website.
here are the actual spec:
DC Output +5V +12V +3.3V -5V -12V +5VSB
Max. 38A 23A 28A 0.5 0.8A 2.0A
Min. 1.5A 0.8A 0.5A 0A 0A 0A

+5V,+3.3V and +12V combined max. output 380W
+5V,+3.3V combined max. output 240W

and though it's a 20+4 pins PSU,I've read that it's not a problem,so I've decided to stay with my current PSU.

UPDATE:
I'm getting an ASUS A8N-E mobo and an EVGA 7900GS.
my only concern is that th ePSU won't hold the system stable, though it did hold it stable running a 6800gt and an Nforce 3 Ultra mobo.
P.S. does anyone knows of an incompatabikity between the ASUS mobo the EVGA card and the ANTEC PSU?
