Upgrade for ext modem help please

I have a hayes accura 33.6 ext modem model # 5914 that is upgradeable to 56K do anyone have the software or know where I can get it from?
 
Gonna need a firmware upgrade. And that may be difficult seeing as how Hayes went under almost two years ago now. As evidenced by the lack of your model number in the firmware updates available.
