Upgrade for Dell 266MHz system

If you have a 266 MHz Pentium II chip, your mobo probably uses an intel 440LX chipset. In that case, the celeron 500 is the highest it can support.

Buy a PPGA Medocino Celeron @ 500 MHz, slap on an iwill slotket and your system should fly! let me know if you need more help.
 
Thanks. When I buy the Celeron, will I have to specify the iwill slotkey and will the vendor already put the heatsink pluys the fan on the chip PPGA so I can just remove the Slot 1 266MHz chip and replace with the Celeron 500? Any recommednations on vendor with a good price? I really appreciate your help.
