Upgrade Dilema

My current system specs are at the homepage link below
i was wondering what would be my next upgrade (for best preformance) im considering either an athlon 1900xp and new ddr motherboard (which ddr motherboard is best) or a gf3 ti 500 (also what ti500 or are they all pretty much the same speed) which upgrade would give me the best preformance boost ?

It depends where you want the performance increase.

Calculations, CPU intensive tasks - upgrade the chip
Games - If you want to run smoother higher res - card
Games - If you want a general improvement - CPU (I think, although its a close one.)

TBH if you want better games in general, upgrade the card. Although its a close match. Idealy upgrade both slightly, instead of one completely, as one bottleneck will still remain, therefore minimising the performance increase.
