Upgrade BOFA Gold check to Plat..?

Is there any advantage to upgrade from the Gold to the Plat check card? What qualifies you for the upgrade?

i think you get price protection on the check cards and some other bennifits

When you depost money at an ATM, i think you have instant access to like $800 instead of $300 or something like that.

I got mine automatically, nothing fancy about it except I notice that now when I need to buy a Cashier's Check I no longer have to pay for the service.

It's not worth it. I had the platinum one until I realized keeping $10K in cash with this falling dollar is insane. Then I downgraded to gold. You do get free safe deposit box though.

i got platinum for free, dont need 10K

u also get theft proectection

There's this invention called the intarweb and phone.

intarweb is useful for things like BankofAmerica.com *shocking*

Gold and Platinum.

To top it off you use this phone-thinga-ma-jiggy to call BOFA customer service and ask them "OMG what is a check card, how do I get one, how do I tie my shoes" and crap like that.
