Updating to OSX10.6.4

Just a heads up to those updating.
I ran the update on my 3 machines with no problems.
One of my clients however, lost his mail. TOTALLY!
I read the discussions and was able to restore his mail by running my own download of 10.6.4Combo. YAY! All was restored and great.
2 days later the sound disappeared from the iMac. NOTHING!! All greyed out, no sound outputs available?
I ran the 10.6.4 Combo again and it was all back to where it should be. Go figure!! May relieve itself tomorrow but we will see.......

i update my macbook to 10.6.4 a couple of days ago, with no issues.

no problems here. they have this neat feature - time machine. use it before you upgrade. lol.

Did my MBP 15" 2009 and Steam games are a bit slower and Safari tends to crap out more for me. No big deal as I use firefox and only use steam to check out HL2 on the mac, it was somewhat free as I purchased the game years ago for my pc.

Yea.. Steam is a known issue. Annoying, but hasn't affected me to the point that I can't play my games. Of course, I only play Torchlight and HL2/TF2 at the moment.

I always use the combo update to do these updates for this very reason.
