updating BIOS?

I need somehelp updating my BIOS. I know theres this program out there that does it for you in the comfort of windows. Does anyone know where i can get this program? I dont have floppy drive so i cant do it that way nor do i want to. If anyone can help me out with this it would be great.

Try the tech support forum for a start.
 
If you have a nvidia based mobo, just download nTune from the nvidia homepage... It's pretty much the safest and the most foolproof way...
