Ok, so you actually know most of it... not too much exageration going on :)

You went easy on him. Should've posted some more in-depth questions that would cater to his claimed level of experience.

If I was actually thinknig of hiring him, the questions would have been more in depth, and there would have been more of them.
He got 5 of 8, which isn't that great, but a lot better than it could have been. Good enough to lead me to belevie that at least he's got some experience with the stuff he mentioned.

The only ones I didn't get were the Perl question and the one regarding Photoshop, but one is because I never did clipping.

Also I haven't touched networking/linux in the past year, I would be playing around with my server and network again to brush up my skills. However I would appreciate more questions, since it forces me remember stuff and hopefully be more prepared.

bump!!

Also, wtf do you when the secretary pretty much tells you that you're not allowed to meet the Human Resources manager?

I went to a place where I applied earlier. I asked the secretary if I could speak to the human resource manager, and she said "she's very busy right now, please leave your name and number, and she'll contact you". I left my name, number, and message, hopefully the manager will call me back!

wtf?
