Thef t/ recovery will also get you a salvage title. If it was stolen, partially stripped, and then rebuilt, you could get it for a steal because of that ugly "salvage title" blemish. Maybe try running a Carfax on it?

I'm sorry, but there is no way a supercharged Pontiac with more than 100K miles can ever be a steal, regardless of price.
