i picked up a sempron 64 2800+ to use with my older chaintech vnf3-250 motherboard.
paired with some cheap 512x2 2700 ddr memory, i got it up to 2.0ghz(1.6ghz def.), 253fsb.
memory is running at 416mhz with relaxed timing. (333 def.)
this is with the stock hsf, stock vcore. with the latest bios for the vnf3-250, the vcore cannot be changed. im stuck at the default. i have to use this bios because this is the latest/only one that supports the sempron 64's.
so.. is this a decent overclock? 400mhz.
