I have 4 work units crunching atm and with just over an hour each, they are showing ~1.2% complete.

I checked the graphic and it IS moving (=> not stuck)

Should I let these crunch?

TIA

kill 'em, kill 'em all!!!

i dunno man, i'm not up to date on the latest rosetta quirks but i remember having wu's that read 1-2% and then suddenly jumped.

LMAO

(You know me too well Rise 😀 )

I did find this thread that addresses them, but it is not too helpful. :disgust:

I think the answer is to make sure Rosey is set to go MORE than 60 minutes between switching projects. (ugh)

i just checked and I have one sitting at 2 hours at 1.7% complete...but the graphics are moving so it is not stuck...I will just let it go and see what happens

btw, this is a dedicated rosetta machine

I'm letting mine run also.

So far at the thread I'm talking in at Rosey, they (not devs. ) are saying to increase the time to switch projects (I'm presently set at 120m on my machines and what ever RA is on that one)

They are also recommending the 'leave result in memory while preempted' setting.

It was kind of cool to see the graphic for these 'Largescale' WUs. They're A LOT more complex than what we have been seeing.

PS: They DO take a big jump in progress after a while. (~2 hrs here.... jumped to >40% ) (RISE is on it! )
