Just left Fry's. They have Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred listed at 199.99. It is marked down on sale for 49.99 and has a $50 MIR!
The package includes a headset.
Only downside, you have to own a speach recognition product (Dragon product 4.x or 5.x, IBM ViaVoice for Windows 8.x or higher, or L&H Voice Xpress 4.x or higher.)
Note that this is NOT the latest version, version 7.0 is out.

I sent Dragon an email asking about a free upgrade to 7.0, here is the response:
