She definitely has a chequered past - IIRC her fiancee bled to death in her arms after being shot in some kind of drug transaction - but she appears to have straightened herself out, and I don't see what she's done to justify this attack on her character. If people can't transcend their pasts, what's the point in changing?

She's a very humble, kind person. And she has a lot of faith in that God that forgives through Grace. I don't think she has a problem with her past. And obviously Somoene cares enough to put her in this position.

Good thing she had crack with her too to bring this guy down. I think we should all have some handy for just such an emergency, then we can become well respected book writers. She and Rush could team up. What a team!

She justified the attack on her when she's writing books on the subject about how great she was at doing such a thing. Turning yourself around doesn't mean signing a book deal to make millions. She should be helping people...not trying to profit on her "horrific" events.

Is she really cared..she'd try to write a book on how women can help talk themselves out of such situations. She's not doing anything for anyone...shes doing it all for herself. Same thing shes done in her past. This time she just might be clean?

Personally I don't think what she did was particularly special, & I certainly won't be buying her book. However the Oprah types will probably eat it up. More power to her if she can sell it to them.

If I could convince people to buy my turds I would gladly package & ship them. That's not greed, that's capitalism.

She had her children taken away from her because she's a drug addict. She's whored herself out for drugs. She was DOING drugs up until the day she got attacked (so she says)...and now she's making big bucks out of it and people are calling her a hero?

I'm just being brutally honest about the situation. There are REAL heros in this world. She is not one of them. That is my only point.
