My best friend's parents just bought a new Porsche Boxster a week or so ago. I was pumped when I found that out.

Now I am even more pumped to find out that I will be driving it tonight!!!! Woot! My buddy doesn't have his license yet (loser) and his parents know and trust me very well (obviously)... so they are letting us take the Porsche tonight!!! We were originally gonna go to the mall but now I have to go somewhere better! Woot!! lol.

And from what I've heard, Miatas are damn fun to drive. I'd sooner have a Boxster than a 911, at least right now. I wouldn't trust myself nor my peers with a 911. At least a Boxster isn't worth a quarter of a million dollars.

hahaha good luck. Forget about these guys who say it sucks and it's like a miata,etc. Those are the kind of guys who love driving stuff like musle cars or mustangs because they go fast. They just cant apreciate a car with great handling and looks.

911s range from like $70 for the Coupe to 180K for the GT2. A lot, but still not $250K!

Edit: No car in the last decade has prodived so much fun per dollar as the Miata!
 
Ahhh...Never said driving a Miata was bad. But I'm not going to sh1t my pants over driving a Boxter. Am I an American Muscle guy? Hell no. But I know a Boxter ain't sh1t. You can get the same jollies from driving a Miata.

I've driven a 2002 911 Turbo...TWICE (not counting the times I've spent parking it while detailing it)....nah nah nah nah nah. It was a bit overwhelming.
 
Well, I'm gonna twist my "panties".. no, my BOXSTERS (haha) all the way up my butt because a brand new Porsche surely is nicer than my 99 excort zx2 🙂

What's wrong with Boxsters? They aren't musclecars. They are sports cars though. They may not be fast, but they are faster than Pontiac Crossfires and are mid engined so they handle like sex.

What? 350z and S2000's beat the crap out of boxters and they are cheaper. My dad got a porsche boxster as a replacement car for a day, he said it was the shiestiest piece of crap he's ever driven, no pick up at all. It is driving a miata with double the price tag.
 
0-60 in 5.9s for boster s and 6.6 for regular. with a top speed of about 155mph its pretty decent. plus you'll get tons of looks if you are young. i got the chance to ride in a 2.5l z4 and it wasnt really fast but fun and you just feel cool riding in it.
