I'm not sure what you're looking at, but I see:

Price: $79.99
After Rebate: $49.99

For a while the price was $79.99 AFTER rebate, but they seem to have fixed it. You can also get the 80gb for $34.99 after the MIR. After taxes and shipping the difference between the 80gb and 120gb was about $16. It's a better price per gig but I don't need the space and would rather have the $16 in my pocket. Good post.
