Update your Nvidia drivers

So if the PC is running fine and is not mission critical, this is not required is it?

Since all of the vulnerabilities listed are "denial of service or potential escalation of privileges." you don't necessarily have to patch ASAP but I would get it done within a few weeks. Timing depends on a number of factors but a lot really depends on your exposure and if a known exploit is in the wild.

Ideally, you should always look at the base CVSS score and then evaluate when to patch your own systems.

CVSS is a standard for vulnerability disclosure and a calculator that takes into account several criteria is used to determine the base score.
