Adobe updated Flash Player to fix a security vulnerability. This vulnerability is being actively exploited, so update your Flash Player if you use it:
1) download and run the Flash Player Uninstaller from this page to remove all old versions of Flash Player
2) get the latest version from this page.
While you're at it, you might want to check your system for other stuff that needs updates, by hitting the Microsoft Update site, and running the Secunia Personal Software Inspector utility or online check-up to check third-party stuff.
Oh, and there's supposed to be an important security update for Adobe Reader 9 tomorrow (July 31st).
1) start Adobe Reader 9 (from an Admin account if you're not on Vista or Win7).
2) in Reader, click Help > Check for Updates. If it shows some, but can't download them, you might need to switch off your real-time antivirus protection if it buffers downloads (Kaspersky for example).
3) close Reader so the updates can run.
