A new release of SetiQueue has been posted here. It has a few bug fixes and a few added features. I've loaded it and it runs fine on WinXP and Win98SE.
1.8 Fixed error in HTML output that stopped the Opera browser from showing SetiQueue pages.
1.8 Simplified the HTML output to improve client side rendering performance
1.8 Added a simple history graph that shows the last 14 days of results completed (1 tiny vertical bar per day running from the left to the right.. the right being more days ago then the left)
1.8 Added a "ping seti server" feature to help people with install issues. Only accessible from the Windows GUI.
i was running 1.8 for a while today and noticed that my results werent uploading to orangekid no matter what.. identical settings as 1.7
i put the 1.7 exe back in and poof it uploaded no problem. might explain the backlog happening on OK's queue again? or is that just berkeley being low on BW again?
just a FYI about 1.8 not uploading to OK properly.
I'll have to look at what version I downloaded earlier this week as I can't connect to upload results? My old set-up worked fine (before the mobo died)
1.7 is running like a charm for me now..
might try 1.8 in a coupla weeks or so and see if things sort out.
the ping test even came back failed to OK and berkeley at the time.
yet i put 1.7 back in and boom works right away.
I changed to 1.8 on the two system I have locally. I made no config changes and both have worked great for 3 or 4 days. BUT, I am sending to Berkly with these two queues, not to OK.
